Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of the product, all purchases made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales will be final.


Exchanges

Exchanges will only be made only if the item that was received was damaged during transport (with no residue, if residue exchange is not valid). Make sure to contact us through our email with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and the name of the product for a possible replacement. A store credit might be given if the item is currently out of stock due to high demand.

What to do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 2 days after the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange. After 2 days, we can not offer you an exchange.

Need to cancel my order!

Once your order is placed, you may not cancel since all orders are final sale.


My order did not go through, but I was still charged.

When this occurs, the transaction is pending in your account. Depending on your bank and the day of the week, the money goes back into your account shortly after. Please contact your bank for any questions regarding this.
