Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of the product, all purchases made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales will be final.


Exchanges

Exchanges will only be made if the item that was received is damaged. Make sure to contact us through our email with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and the name of the product for a possible replacement. A store credit might be given if the item is currently out of stock due to high demand.

What to do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 5 days after the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange. After 5 days, we can not offer you an exchange.

Need to cancel my order!

Once your order is placed, you may not cancel since all orders are final sale.


My order did not go through, but I was still charged.

When this occurs, the transaction is pending in your account. Depending on your bank and the day of the week, the money goes back into your account shortly after. Please contact your institution for any questions regarding this.


SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Here's how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Processing may take up to 4-10 business working days (excluding holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package ships. Please allow for 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered, but it will depend on the delivery service and any delays that may occur.


What if my package is lost or damaged?

We like to ensure that all of our orders are packaged with love and care. We understand that unfortunate events can occur in transit. For orders under $50 please contact a consultant from the delivery service that was used to deliver your package for assistance in filling claims of locating packages. If they are unavailable, please contact us, so that we may find a solution for you. 

If your order is above $50 and it is missing, please first contact the delivery service that was used to deliver your package to help locate your package. 

After 3 days if there is no sign of your package, or it has arrived damaged, please email us at, jreycollection@gmail.com


What if put the wrong address?

If you placed an order with the wrong address and it has already been shipped out, we have no way to redirect the package and there are no refunds, all sales are finals.


PRODUCT

We HIGHLY suggest doing a small patch test as we are not responsible for any allergic reactions and/or medical complications while using our products. We list all ingredients in the products description. Please be mindful when ordering.


Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc?

Make sure that the product is not exposed to excessive high or low temperatures for long periods of time. If so, discontinue use of the product as the exposure may interfere with the ingredients of the product. 

While the products do not have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended to be used within 6-12 months after opening for best product quality.
